GiroVend is committed to ensuring you get the best from your cashless payment system. Our complete training package provides a range of courses for before during and after installation, enabling you to get the most out of your cashless solution. We recommend all operators and managers be fully trained to use the system in order to best meet the demands of your organisation.

Training Needs Analysis
GiroVend can help to improve system operation by identifying gaps in operational skills or knowledge from basic to advanced system level.

Our experienced personnel can assess individuals or groups and propose appropriate training routes.


Delivery
Training can be delivered in situ at the client’s site or at a GiroVend training centre. Personnel can attend one of our regular, standard training sessions or to a more tailored workshop session.

Off site – GiroVend has training rooms in Maidenhead and Tewkesbury.

On site – We are happy to train on site, however training must be delivered in isolation of work routines.


Standard Training Modules
Attend a GiroVend training course and you will quickly reach competency on your GiroVend cashless payment system. A range of standard courses covering all aspects of system operation, administration and management are available.
 
Training and Demonstration Facilities are available at our Tewkesbury Head Office in Gloucestershire and our Maidenhead Regional Office. Both sites are fully equipped with demonstration models, audio visual training aids and offer the full range of GiroVend courses. The flexibility of our training options has resulted in many of our customers investing in continuous training for their catering managers and staff, providing maximum benefit.
   

Bespoke Training
Standard training gives an excellent grounding in product functionality however many clients need to train personnel to implement processes around GiroVend products.

At GiroVend we can work with the client to design and deliver a customised training programme incorporating not only functionality but also site specific processes.

In circumstances where on-site training is required, our training team will be pleased to accommodate your requirements and present the course at your premises.
